	This is another character design for a comic book idea that was tossed around between my good Friend Mike Jones and myself. A retired military man with a 'developed over time' hatred for the government. Very deadly individual with lots of knowledge and wisdom. Commands his own empire of Devastators.

5 Nov 2003	David A. Nusse	Loading... M. Bison from Street Fighter all over again. Is this guy supposed to be the hero? He seems more like a Hitler type character. Although it is refreshing to see a superhero that doesn't look like he's on steroids every once in a while. Good job.
19 Jan 2005	Felblood	Loading... A very good, angry, millitary dictator, indeed. The knife is a perfect touch. It's the nazi stormtrooper style boots amd the shoulder strap that remind people of hitler. Both of the dictators mentioned by Mr. Nusse had officer's caps, not berets like Saddam.
